The Dyna Crash Bar 2.0 is engineered for real crashes, aggressive riding, and maximum protection—not looks alone. Each bar is 100% hand-built and TIG-welded at Imzz Elite using U.S.-sourced 1-1/4″ chromoly tubing, the same material used in NHRA and Formula 1 race cars.

This bar is designed to protect the rider, tank, bars, and frame while allowing the bike to slide smoothly during a crash—reducing secondary damage and violent rebounds.

🏁 Why the Dyna Crash Bar 2.0 Is Different

Most crash bars fail because of poor design choices:

  • Too narrow → won’t protect rider, tank, or bars

  • Too wide → causes the bike to cartwheel

  • Solid / heavy bars → transfer impact into the frame

The Dyna Crash Bar 2.0 avoids all of this through proper width, placement, and material selection—tested and refined through real-world riding and crashes.

🧠 Delrin End Caps = Controlled Sliding

Unlike metal-ended crash bars that dig into pavement, this bar uses replaceable Delrin end caps to promote a smooth, predictable slide.

Benefits:

  • Reduces bouncing and flipping

  • Minimizes secondary damage

  • Protects the frame and mounting points

  • Preferred by stunt and aggressive riders

Fitment Notes

📐 Why the Dimensions Matter

  • Narrow bars fail to protect critical components

  • Over-wide bars increase crash violence

  • This bar’s shorter 30″ width helps prevent unwanted dragging during aggressive cornering while still offering maximum protection in a laydown

Built by Riders, for Riders

This crash bar wasn’t outsourced or mass-produced—it’s built by riders who understand what actually happens when a Dyna goes down. Every bend, weld, and dimension is intentional.

If you ride hard, stunt, commute aggressively, or just want real protection, this is the crash bar designed to take the hit for you.

FAQ

Q: Why Delrin instead of metal ends?
A: Delrin allows the bike to slide instead of catching the pavement, reducing bounce, flips, and secondary damage.

Q: Will this bend my frame in a crash?
A: No. Solid, heavy bars are more likely to transfer impact into the frame. This bar is designed to manage impact forces correctly.

Q: Is this good for stunt riding?
A: Yes. The width and Delrin ends make it a popular choice for aggressive and stunt-style riding.
