⏱ 30-Day Return/Exchange Window
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to contact us about a return.
📦 Return or Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- uninstalled
- in original packaging
- with all tags (if applicable) attached
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. That will be determined by the team member taking care of the process and usually always applies to large items, non-inventory items, opened items and special order items.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
Some things are locked in once you buy them:
- “On Sale” items
- Exhaust systems
- Tuners
👉 Translation: if it’s discounted or it’s exhaust & tuning — it’s yours.
🔍 Inspect Your Order
When your order lands, check it out.
If something’s off:
- damaged
- defective
- wrong item
👉 Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
🚚 Sending Your Return
You’re responsible for return shipping.
We strongly recommend:
👉 using a trackable shipping service
If your return gets lost in transit:
👉 it’s on the carrier — we cannot refund what we don’t receive
⚠️ Do NOT:
- write on the packaging
- tape it up directly
- cut or damage the original box
👉 Translation: send it back exactly how you got it. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery — not shipped, received.
For returns and/or exchanges from outside of the U.S., we cannot provide return labels. Not because we don't want to, but because we do not have the ability to provide labels for other countries carriers.
📬 Return & Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it.
👉 You’ll get an email letting you know if it’s approved or rejected.
👉 All refunds are at our discretion and could be subject to a restocking fee.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping isn’t refundable.
- Paid shipping = not refunded
- Free shipping = cost will be deducted from your refund
👉 Translation: shipping always gets accounted for.
⏳ Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
👉 Allow 4–5 business days for processing
💳 Waiting on Your Refund?
If you don’t see it yet:
- check your bank account again
- contact your credit card company
👉 It can take 4–5 business days for refunds to post after we process it.
Damages and Claims
All items are carefully inspected, packaged and in good condition when shipped. Any claims for damages must be made with the carrier and not with Imzz. Please be sure to save all boxes and packaging material when filing a claim and keep them until settlement is made.
