Bryan Williams The product arrived in excellent condition and is solid construction…..very happy with the block off plates.
Relocating your factory speedometer or tachometer is one of the cleanest ways to transform your Harley's cockpit.
But once those gauges are gone, what do you do with the empty space left behind?
The 31 State Smooth Gauge Block-Off Plates are designed to cleanly cover the factory gauge openings in the tank console after relocating your gauges.
Whether you're building a club-style Dyna, upgrading your Low Rider, or putting together a performance-focused Softail, these plates give your console a clean, finished appearance without the awkward empty openings.
Available in Single Gauge and Dual Gauge configurations for specific Harley-Davidson models.
MOVE THE GAUGES. CLEAN UP THE CONSOLE. FINISH THE BUILD.
You've upgraded your bars, installed your risers, and moved your gauges to a more visible location.
Now your tank console has an empty opening where the factory gauges used to sit.
The 31 State Smooth Block-Off Plate fills that opening with a clean, understated cover.

Smooth Cover Block-Off Plates
Mounting Hardware
Gaskets
The kit is intended to cover the factory console opening after the gauges have been relocated.
A gauge relocation can completely change the appearance of your motorcycle.
Moving the speedometer or tachometer away from the tank console helps create the streamlined look many riders want from a club-style or performance build.
But leaving the original gauge opening unfinished takes away from the overall result.
The 31 State Smooth Block-Off Plate completes that conversion by giving the factory console a cleaner appearance.
Perfect for:
Club-style Dyna builds
Harley-Davidson gauge relocation projects
Low Rider cockpit upgrades
Low Rider S handlebar conversions
Riser-mounted gauge setups
Custom Harley-Davidson tank consoles
Because the little details are what make a build look complete.

Important Fitment Requirement
Requires the factory plastic speedometer/tachometer gauge bracket located beneath the dash console.
This original plastic bracket must be present for the specified installation.
If your motorcycle has an aftermarket tank console, missing factory mounting components, or a modified gauge arrangement, verify compatibility before ordering.
These block-off plates do not relocate your gauges. They cover the original console opening after relocation.
The 31 State Smooth Block-Off Plate is intended to be installed after the factory gauge or gauges have been relocated.
Before installation:
Confirm you have the correct Single or Dual Gauge plate.
Verify your motorcycle's factory plastic gauge bracket is present.
Complete the gauge relocation using compatible mounting components.
Position the supplied gasket and block-off plate according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Install the supplied mounting hardware.
Check that the plate is seated securely and does not interfere with surrounding components.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct installation procedure.
A clean gauge relocation involves more than moving the speedometer.
Depending on your motorcycle and handlebar configuration, you may also need:
Single or dual gauge relocation brackets
Handlebar or riser-mounted gauge brackets
Compatible handlebar risers
Gauge wiring extensions or routing accessories
Other mounting components specific to your motorcycle
Pair your 31 State Block-Off Plate with compatible gauge relocation hardware to complete the conversion.
