The Dyna 2.0 Extreme Crash Bar is engineered for real-world crashes, hard riding, and maximum rider protection. Designed, fabricated, and hand-welded in Orange, California by Imzz Elite, this crash bar uses the same tubing and materials found in NHRA and Formula 1 race cars—not cheap mild steel.
This is not a decorative bar. It’s a purpose-built protection system designed to help save your bike, tank, bars, and body when things go wrong.
🏁 Why the Dyna 2.0 Extreme Crash Bar Is Different
Most crash bars fail for one of three reasons:
They’re too narrow to protect the rider or tank
They’re too wide, causing the bike to cartwheel
They’re solid steel, transferring impact into the frame
The Dyna 2.0 solves all three.
Through extensive testing, we perfected the material thickness, width, and mounting position to create a bar that:
Absorbs impact properly
Keeps the bike sliding—not bouncing
Protects the rider and critical components
🧠 Delrin End Caps = Controlled Sliding
Unlike metal end crash bars that dig into the pavement, the Dyna 2.0 uses replaceable Delrin end caps.
Benefits of Delrin:
Allows the bike to slide smoothly during a crash
Reduces the chance of the bike bouncing or flipping
Minimizes secondary damage
Easy and affordable to replace after a crash
Metal bars can catch the road and violently redirect the bike—Delrin keeps things predictable.
🔧 Fitment
Fits 1992–2017 Harley-Davidson Dyna models
Mid-controls only

Built by Riders, Not a Factory
Every bar is built by hand by riders who understand what actually happens when a Dyna goes down. No shortcuts. No offshore materials. No guesswork.
If you ride hard, stunt, commute aggressively, or just want real protection, this is the crash bar designed to save your bike—and possibly you.
FAQ
Q: Why Delrin instead of metal crash bar ends? A: Delrin allows the bike to slide smoothly instead of digging into the pavement, reducing bounce, flips, and secondary damage.
Q: Will this bend my frame in a crash? A: No. Solid crash bars are more likely to transfer impact to the frame. The Dyna 2.0 is designed to absorb and manage impact forces.
Q: Is this bar good for stunt riding? A: Yes. It’s commonly used for aggressive riding and crash protection where durability and predictable slide behavior matter.
Im giving my input for v3.0. The top bar needs to be longer than the bottom. So when the bike goes down it doesn't teeter towards the tank.

This is my first crashbar ever and hopefully my last this crashbar, it's so awesome I installed it with my friend and we tested it. Few things kinda bugged me, so it doesn't protect my primary or my exhaust but it protects my gas tank, my jugs, my shifter, rear brake and my cylinders so all in all it's an awesome product I will be buying the rear crashbar set just so I can get my primary and my exhaust protected. Another thing that kinda bugged me was that the bolts I got weren't ARP Hardware, so I went ahead and called imzz elite and they told me the thread pitch for the correct bolts so I bought the bolts on Amazon and painted the washers red so it all came to my liking. These crashbars are a low profile look from the distance and I can still lane split with them it's like they don't even exist. This is also my first product I buy from imzz elite but it will not be my last, customer service is so awesome too especially Joey he's the GOAT I bought these crashbars for my 2015 dyna street bob FXDB Twin Cam
