🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Our crew needs a few business days to:

  • Process
  • Pack
  • Ship your order

Once it leaves us, your selected shipping speed kicks in. The shipping method you select at checkout applies after the order leaves our warehouse. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

⚠️ We don’t ship on Sundays and Mondays — we’re out riding around, eating tacos.
📩 You’ll get tracking the second it goes out! Promise!

⏳ Backorders

In-stock items ship as quickly as possible.

If something in your order is on backorder:
👉 We’ll notify you ASAP with updates.

📦 Combining Orders

We like to keep things moving.
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they’re placed to avoid delays.

👉 Because of that, we don’t combine orders.
This keeps everyone’s order from getting held up.

✏️ Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Short answer: No.

Once your order is placed, it’s already in motion.
That means:

  • No adding items
  • No cancellations
  • No address changes! Please triple check where you want your order shipped to before completing checkout.

👉 Double-check everything before you hit checkout. We're like a decade into ApplePay by now, so you know how the checkout process works with that. 

🌎 International Orders

International shipping usually lands in 6–21 business days, depending on the shipping method, but once it leaves our hands, it’s at the mercy of customs (yours and ours).
We’ve seen it take up to 3 months in some cases.

👉 Translation: don’t panic if it’s slow!
We consider packages "stuck" after 60 days—that’s when we step in. We will open a claim with the carrier and most of the time, this process gets the package moving again.

📦 Missing Packages

If your tracking says delivered, the carrier has marked it as dropped off — and at that point, it’s out of our hands.

Before you stress, check the usual spots:

  • around your house (porch, side yard, garage, etc.)
  • behind bushes, planters, or tucked-away areas
  • with neighbors or anyone at your address
  • any secure delivery locations the driver may have used

👉 Translation: it’s probably closer than you think.

Carriers sometimes:

  • mark packages delivered early
  • leave them in hidden “safe” spots
  • drop them at a nearby address

If you still can’t find it:
👉 contact your local carrier ASAP
👉 open a claim directly with them

If tracking shows delivered, IMZZ Elite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
