Imzz Elite Dyna Crash Bar 2.0

Our Dyna Crash Bar 2.0 is 100% handmade in our facility in Orange, using US-sourced 1 1/4″ Chromoly tubing and is 100% TIG welded. Manufactured from the same tubing and materials used in NHRA and Formula 1 race cars. It features Delrin end caps which allows your bike to slide smoothly on the road during a crash. This is preferred over metal end crash bars which dig into the road and can force your bike to bounce causing more damage.

We’ve spent a great deal of time designing this bar. The materials, the width and the position of the bar are ideal for optimum protection during a crash.

Narrower crash bars do not have a enough width to save the rider, the handlebars or the gas tank in a crash. The bar will not properly protect the bike in a laydown. Bars that are too wide with improper dimensions, will catapult or “cartwheel” the bike, causing substantially more damage to the bike in a wreck. Solid crash bars are weak and too heavy and are prone to bending the frame in a crash.

Fits 1992 – 2017 Dyna models with mid-controls.

It measures 30″ from end to end. Our bars are about 2″ shorter than similar bars to prevent unwanted dragging when cornering. Stunt rider approved!

Includes mounting hardware.

*Colored hardware accent rings not included. To add them click here.

*Will NOT fit with Speed Merchant skid plate but it will fit with our Imzz Elite Dyna Skid Plate.

Build and finish quality are spot on. I really like that this bar is a bit narrower than others on the market. That’s a big deal for us Cali lane splitters!

I’d give it a 5 if it came with the red hardware

The Crash Bar looks great and seems super sturdy I love everything about it the only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the holes on the side mounting arms you can see inside the bar and its all rusty because paint didnt get applied inside. Frustrating because its a simple issue that coulda been avoided through quality checks. I will now have to paint the inside so you cant see the rust.
