Rebuffini Nexo 5.0 Inverted Front End

The innovative Nexo 5.0 inverted forks has been studied and designed for Harley Davidson motorcycles.

All parts are machined from solid aluminum following very rigorous production protocols and quality controls. Assembled with the use of the best components on the market (oil seals, dust seals, bushings, oil, …) The hydraulic cartridges are produced in collaboration with Andreani Group International, the Italian leading company in motorcycle suspension.

Each set is assembled according to your specific needs. It is a completely customizable and configurable according to your specifications including rider weight, stock length, +2″ overstock length, color, etc.

Features

• Fully adjustable in rebound, compression and spring preload
• The built-in radial 3D bottoms have been designed for 108mm radial brake calipers and to accommodate the ABS sensor without modification.
• 3D fork clamps machined from solid aluminum
• 48mm fork legs with black DLC treatment, for the best smoothness
• Lightened wheel axle included

Technical notes:

15-23 ROAD GLIDE MODELS:

• The stock risers and stock instrument gauge mount need to be replaced with the Rebuffini or aftermarket ones. (the position of the risers is 20mm pullback from the original)
• Ignition switch / steering lock housing must be removed and keyless ignition activated using a diagnostic tool
• Depending on the length of the forks or the brake caliper model, it may be necessary to install extended brake hoses

•  The position of the risers is like the original, this allows you to use oem or similar handlebars.
•  If you want to install 8″ or 10″ risers you need to purchase the upper plate #000510 with pullback separately but this involves the loss of visibility of the navigation and requires you modify the ignition panel.
