That’s my biggest thing is communication, especially when braking off bread, these guys kept in contact with me on my order, part arrived in a timely manner, oh and get this, the box or the contents wasn’t damaged, kickstand block has a awesome finish, I haven’t put it on yet but stay tuned as my Dyna is torn apart beyond recognition
