Imzz Elite Thunderheader Exhaust Bracket
This Thunderheader exhaust bracket was designed to be unbreakable and to replace the weak OE bracket that fails from fatigue stress. The R&D, prototyping, and manufacturing of our Thunderheader exhaust bracket was done in the USA. These are handmade in our fab shop in Orange, CA. Don’t wait until it breaks! Replace it in advance with a stronger version as it’s only a matter of time before it fails!

- 7/8″ 188 Thick Wall Tubing for a stiff mount of the exhaust to the bike
- Laser cut 3/8″ and 1/4″ thick mounting plates for solid mounting
- 100% TIG welding for strength

For a 200 dollar bracket i shouldnt have had to grind a notch to clear the rear brake switch. Its better than what thunderheader ships with though

Solid bracket. I had to elongate the holes about a half inch to make my exhaust sit without any stain on it. I also was a little disappointed with the ship time, took about a month to get it. All in all I’m happy with it.
